Electronic Archiving

Appropriate electronic archiving solutions are key to improving end-user productivity, optimising the search and retrieval of business information and improving the security, confidentiality and traceability of documents.

Labgroup’s solutions allow clients to capture and archive any type of content (paper, media and electronic) into a single repository. Captured documents are organised into a user-defined flexible file plan, allowing easy navigation and customisable classification of documents. Each document can be associated with a set of metadata for efficient keyword searches, even in the documents’ content itself (full-text search).

Combined with Content Management, this offers a powerful and efficient solution for end-to-end electronic document management

Security and traceability

Labgroup’s interface is fully web-based and without any installation on the end user’s workstation. Our secure web portal acts as the main user interface, which is only accessible through a highly secured authentication method (LuxTrust or smartphone authentication).

Our approach offers full traceability of all archived contents through the systematic registration of all accesses and/or modifications, allowing to identify both the user and the type of operations performed on any document.

Finally, data are fully hosted by Labgroup and replicated across our two Datacentres in Luxembourg.

Secure Data Room

Labgroup offers a secure and efficient service to exchange confidential information, in collaboration with Brainloop.

A virtual data room can be established in just a few hours. Using a drag-and-drop function, content can be moved directly from your computer desktop into the data room.

You can furthermore specify which user is authorised to view, print or save documents in the virtual data room.

All data room activity is recorded and cannot be altered, detailed real-time reports can be reviewed, creating transparency and meeting the most stringent regulatory requirements.

Backup Online

Securing your business from data loss, damage or inaccessibility thereby ensuring full operational continuity is critical. Labgroup offers end-to-end secure recovery solutions in line with best practices in risk management. We safely back-up your endpoint devices (desktops, laptops, mobiles) and servers using high-end protection and encryption before, during and after the transfer of data. Your data can be stored online or in our datacentres in Luxembourg.

Automatic incremental back-ups ensure the safe recovery of your data, either remotely using an internet connection or at our own premises.

Whilst applying the most stringent data protection policies, our business solutions will allow you to manage your recovery policies and to supervise the backups of all your servers according to the sensitivity and the nature of the data.
